I did this image as one of exercises from a CGSociety Painting Monsters Workshop. Concentrating on Horns and teeth! But I also wanted to give the creature a sense of character and playfulness. I used Painter IX.5 and I wanted to have a painterly feel. I only started from a scribble sketch so it wasn't particularly planned, so the composition could probably have been better. Crits welcome.
